Each piece requires at least two weeks to create, involving sculpting, drying, polishing, enameling, high-temperature firing, application of gold or platinum, final polishing, and setting.

• Avoid wearing multiple rings together and be careful with clapping or knocks that could damage the pieces.

• Cleaning: Use warm water and mild soap to keep your jewelry spotless. Dry them with a soft cloth and store them in their original case when not in use.

• Protect your jewelry: Remove them before showering, going to the gym, or sleeping. Contact with cosmetics or perfumes can wear down the pieces over time.

Returns and exchanges

If you need to return or exchange any piece, please email us at holaclaymoss@gmail.com with your order number and reason. You have 14 days from receipt to return the jewelry, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
Custom-made returns are not accepted.

Any damage caused during transport? Don’t worry! You have 24 hours to contact us with photos and videos to arrange a refund.

Remember, each CLAYMOSS piece is unique, the result of artisanal work, so the product you receive may differ slightly from the photos.

Imperfection is the hallmark of craftsmanship

All our jewelry is handmade, so each piece is unique. This means there may be slight differences in size, shape, color, or shine, but that’s what makes them so special.
We offer a 90-day warranty for issues such as defective clasps or parts coming loose. However, the warranty does not cover wear from use or accidental drops.

CLAYMOSS Hospital

Did your jewelry break or has the gold finish lost its shine? We can help! If the piece is broken into two parts and no pieces are missing, we will try to repair it. In case of wear on the gold luster, we can also reapply a new layer.

Repairs may take between 2 weeks and 2 months.

RINGS

Some of our rings are adjustable, meaning you can manually adjust them to fit your finger. When this is the case, it will be shown in the product description.
For non-adjustable rings, please follow this size guide:

BRACELETS

Our bracelets are designed to be worn snugly and have a diameter between 63 and 67 mm. If you have doubts about a bracelet’s fit, contact us HERE.

NECKLACES
