All of our jewelry is handcrafted in porcelain. Due to the handmade process, each piece is unique and may have slight variations compared to the images shown on the website. These differences are not considered defects but are part of the exclusive character of each CLAYMOSS piece.

Prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes within Spain. Shipping costs are added at checkout unless the conditions for free shipping are met (see next section).

€150 in European Union countries
€300 in the rest of the world (customs duties or import taxes not included)

4. Exchanges and Returns
If you wish to make an exchange or return, you must email us at holaclaymoss@gmail.com within a maximum of 14 days from receiving the order, indicating:

Custom pieces are not eligible for returns.
5. Products Damaged During Shipping
If your order was damaged during shipping, you must contact us within the first 24 hours of receipt, including photos and/or videos of the packaging and the damaged product so we can process a refund or replacement.
